The show follows the lives of several employees of Sacred Heart, a teaching hospital. It features fast paced dialogue, slapstick, and surreal vignettes presented mostly as the daydreams of the central character, Dr. John "J.D." Dorian. The series follows J.D., his friends and his co-workers, as they try to survive both their personal and professional lives. In every episode J.D. has many comical daydreams as well as many "situation comedy" style lines, which are often a result of improvisation.
Scrubs airs at 5pm Monday thru Friday on WCWG! Be sure to catch a full hour of Friends right after at 5:30 pm!
