Q: What are WCWG's business hours?
A: Our main offices are open from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Q: Why did my show move times?

A: Every so often we have to move shows around. It is sometimes due to contractual obligations and other times it is because we feel that the content of the show is better suited at a different time. We put a lot of effort into making our on-air schedule and trying to accommodate our viewers.

Q: I missed my favorite show yesterday. Can you send me a copy?

A: Unfortunately we cannot give out copies of any of our shows. Our prime time shows (One Tree Hill, Gossip Girl, ANTM, etc.) are broadcast live from the network satellite feed and do not have our own copy. Even if we did, we wouldn't be able to distribute a copy due to copyright restrictions. If you miss a show, check www.cwtv.com. Many prime time shows are posted a few days after airing.

Q: Why happened to my favorite show?

A: If you are unable to find your favorite CW show, there is a good chance it has been canceled due to low ratings.

Q: I heard a song on a CW show the other night, and at the end of the show it said who sang it but I didn't write it down. How can I find out who the artist was?
A: Featured artists on The CW prime time shows are also posted at www.cwtv.com .

Q: How can I contact my favorite CW celebrity?
A: To write to your favorite CW star, just send an e-mail with the celebrity's name in the subject line to faces@cwtv.com.

Q: My favorite Kids CW! shows keep moving or disappearing. Can you put them back where they used to be?
A: Decisions regarding Kids CW! programs and The CW Television Network prime time schedules are not made by the staff or management at WCWG. Those decisions are made by our friends at The CW in Los Angeles. While WCWG has the rights to air these shows, we don't get to choose when (or if) they are shown.

Q: How come there are so many repeats during the holidays and summer?
A: This is an excellent and one of the most frequently asked questions. Each individual episode can cost several hundred thousand or even millions of dollars to make so cost plays a major factor in how many shows can be produced (this is true not just of The CW, but all networks). Typically, one-hour dramas make 22-24 episodes each year and sitcoms make 26-28. We want to make sure as many people as possible see the new episodes. That's why when it's near a holiday or during the summer - when people are traveling to be with family or doing activities other than watching TV - we air reruns.

Q: Is WCWG airing digital or HDTV programming?
A: WCWG CW20 is currently broadcasting digitally on channel 20.1. We also have a sub-channel, BNT-Black Network Televison on 20.2.  We are adding our shows in HD as we are able to. Please be patient, when we moved stations we got a lot of new equipment and are still working things out. The first shows that will be in HD are: Everybody Loves Raymond, King of Queens and Comics Unleashed.

We currently broadcast the following shows in HD: Friends, One Tree Hill, Gossip Girl, 90210, Supernatural, Vampire Diaries, and the Sunday night movie. America's Next Top Model is not in HD due to how it was taped.

Q: Where can I find WCWG on my local cable system?
A: WCWG can be found on channel 3 on most cable systems. Contact your cable operator if you can't find us. If your local cable operator does not carry WCWG, let them know you want to see us!

Q: How can I buy merchandise from my favorite CW show?
A: Check out www.cwtv.com.
